History: 2011 Just before this year's end the company opens a Toi&moi store at The Mall Athens, the most successful commercial center in Attica region. The store's concept fully represents the brand's philosophy and definitely makes a unique fashion statement. The same goes with Patras' Toi&moi store as the third most populated city in Greece welcomed in October our grand opening with such an anticipation. During the first semester of 2011 Toi&moi opened a new store in the new outdoor shopping center McArthur Glen and made its presence distinct by creating a distinct and aesthetically admirable store at one of the most convenient and commercial locations in the building cluster. One month later, the company refurbished the Ermou flagship street store without diverging by its original architectural mould.
2010 A new store was opened in Athens Metro mall, a shopping center in Agios Dimitrios, where the company adopted a new architectural concept based on international standards. The next important step was the establishment of "The e-fashion store", the company's electronic store, which is registered with the domain name www.toi-moi.com/store. This first attempt to expand the company's retail network to the e-commerce not only is unique in the local women's clothing and accessorize market but also amazing, as the electronic store was designed and built according to the standards and requirements of the most successful e-shops globally.
2009 A Toi&moi store of 300 m2 surface area opens in the United Arabic Emirates. More specifically in the new commercial centre "The Dubai Mall" that is manufactured in Dubai – a city that constitutes worldwide, one of the most commercial poles of attraction.

Today Morgan operates in 50 countries with 500 shops around the world and a further 210 concessions in Europe. In Britain it has just a handful of concessions in departments stores left, after quitting the country in March.
The company employs about 1,000 people, including 750 in France. The UK Operation had moved to 7 Back Hill, London (former site of the Van der Moolen Bonds offices), and appointed Fergus Patterson as their Managing Director.

History Mothercare is a specialist retailer of products for mothers-to-be, babies and children up to the age of eight. Mothercare opened its first store in 1961 in Surrey. It now offers a wide range of maternity and children's clothing, furniture and home furnishings, bedding, feeding, bathing, travel equipment and toys through its retail operations in the United Kingdom, and also operates internationally through franchises in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Far East under the othercare' brand name. The business started its mail order business in 1962. In 1972, Mothercare first became a public company, and in 1982 Mothercare merged with the abitat chain of retailers to form Habitat Mothercare plc. In 1984, Mothercare began to expand internationally through entering into franchise arrangements with select partners in hosen ountries. In 1986, Habitat Mothercare plc merged with British Home Stores plc. During the 1990s the merged group was rationalised. In 2000, Mothercare became the sole brand and the holding company's name was changed to Mothercare plc.In June 2007, the group acquired Chelsea Stores Holdings Limited, the owner of the Early Learning Centre (ELC) brand.ELC was founded in 1974 originally as a mail order business offering toys and books with educational content. The first ELC retail store opened in Reading later the same year. In 1985, ELC was acquired by John Menzies plc who continued to expand the estate and ELC became a well-known high street brand. In September 2001, ELC was the subject of a management buyout, during which ELC streamlined its operations, exited non-profitable product categories and stores and grew its sourcing operation in Asia.
